We spent 9 months working on and developing a recipe and brew we were happy with. There’s a bready sweetness, with lightly toasted biscuit flavours and aromas of freshly cut grass and straw on the nose.
Beautifully balanced, incredibly drinkable, with a soft, clean hop character.
